Replace up to 3 standard 1-inch HVAC filters
Replace up to 3 standard household light bulbs
Test smoke & carbon monoxide detectors
Replace standard detector batteries when needed

Dryer vent / lint area inspection

Sink & tub drain-flow check

I was born and raised here in the CSRA, and I’m proud to call this area home.

I started UpKeep because I saw a need for a simple, reliable way to help homeowners stay on top of the routine maintenance that can easily get pushed to the side.

Attention to detail is always my priority. Whether it’s taking care of the small things or noticing something that could become a bigger issue, I want things done the right way.

UpKeep is built around being dependable and treating your home as if it were my own. I’m proud to serve homeowners throughout the CSRA and build this business in the community I’ve always called home.
